1 + 1 = 22 presents work created by first and second-year Digital + Media MFA students. These pieces reflexively uplift and modify each other, demonstrating the profound sense of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. We melt perspectives, revel in platonic love, trip our faces off in our own psychedelic virtual worlds, and encourage the simple pleasures of connecting to one another during this endless pandemic. We embody infinite possibilities through work that inspires an imagination beyond the confines of this world. A world where contexts change and meanings unfurl to further interpretations, enacting boundless potentials through art.
